We are looking for a UI/UX designer to join our team and help grow and scale our AI Assistant for eCommerce Product.
As a UI/UX designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our product’s usability, aesthetics, and overall user satisfaction. Your mission is to create an outstanding, intuitive, fun and easy to use experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Wireframes and designs:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user needs into wireframes, mockups, and visual designs.
- Conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration to creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios and delivering it to development.
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and design principles.
- Creative Problem Solving: Tackle UX challenges creatively, addressing issues like data visualization and information overload.
- User Research and Testing: Conduct thorough user research to understand pain points, preferences, and behaviors. Design and execute usability tests to gather valuable feedback.
- Design Strategy and Methodology: Develop a robust design methodology. Establish best practices for UX/UI design, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead the UI/UX domain within the company.
What we’re looking for
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer in a SaaS company.
- Strong artistic skills, creativity, design, and conceptual ideation abilities.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator or similar.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret user behavior, and make informed design decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX or related field.
- Portfolio – Showcase successful UX projects that demonstrate your problem-solving skills.
