Why did you join Noogata?
I was interested in Noogata and the VP of Customer Success role right from my very first conversation with the team. There is a massive need for easy-to-use AI technology for enterprise companies that Noogata is solving for, and they’re doing it in a unique way. Not to mention, they already have an incredibly impressive customer base. Most importantly, I think it’s great that Customer Success is integral to how Noogata thinks about their growth and expansion. For many companies, Customer Success and the existing customer base are an afterthought. It was refreshing to see Noogata’s razor-sharp focus on building strong customer relationships, which really resonated with me.
What are you looking forward to in your new role at Noogata?
I think Noogata is in a very interesting stage of growth right now, where it has a sophisticated product offering that has been validated in the market, and is now looking to shift into high growth mode. It’s a great time to join the company. On a personal note, I’ve been leading a large global Customer Success team for some time now, and I’m eager to shift gears and join Noogata as it grows its Customer Success function.
What’s a fun fact about you?
The last year has been quite an adventure for me. My husband and I got married and had our big Indian wedding about 6 months ago, and we have spent much of our time since then traveling the country and the world. We lived in Utah for a month, visited Dubai and Mexico City, and then lived in a few cities across Colombia. I highly recommend visiting Medellin, Colombia!
If you weren’t in Customer Success, what would you be doing today?
If I was working in tech outside of CS, I think I would be in Operations. I enjoy process improvement and being involved in any type of cross-functional projects. If I wasn’t working in tech (and had any sort of culinary skills), I would love to own a restaurant or run a food truck. I am always envious of those who have the food knowledge and creativity to start a food truck. Maybe one day!
