Noogata Brings in Key Hires to Scale Tech Team – Noogata

Plans for 50 new roles in 2022 will support new product growth and R&D

Tel Aviv, January 25, 2022 – Noogata, a global leader in no-code artificial intelligence [AI] that enables businesses to turn their data into actionable insights, has appointed Dr Guy Zinman as VP of Product Strategy. Joining the team with responsibility for the company’s use case and domain libraries, Guy’s appointment is part of Noogata’s ongoing commitment to growing its Research and Development (R&D) center in Israel, with 50 new hires planned for 2022.

To support this growth, Noogata has also hired Cholit Bachrach to lead HR and Talent Acquisition in Israel. She will spearhead the company’s efforts to recruit top tier talent for the product and engineering teams in the next 12 months.

Since launch in March 2021 Noogata has created and rolled out E-commerce and Location Analytics libraries – each a collection of modular AI blocks that can be used individually or together to drive enhanced insights and better decision making for clients in the consumer goods market. As ecommerce volumes continue to grow and the use of data to understand customers, competitors, and competitive landscapes evolves, Noogata is rapidly designing and developing new libraries to support this demand in 2022.

Guy joins Noogata from SparkBeyond, where he spent eight years, most recently as General Manager of Solutions. As part of the founding team at SparkBeyond, he has been closely involved in its significant growth. Previously, he led a cross health-centers initiative orchestrated by Carnegie Mellon University to build an open-source decision support system for physicians.

Cholit joins from Melio where she was Director of Talent Acquisition. She has strong experience in HR and recruitment in the technology industry, ensuring she is well positioned to support Noogata as it works to attract and retain the best engineering and development team possible.
